Walson Inc. is here to serve our customers and our patients. We make this commitment by being available to all patients at all times, with 2 employees and 1 Respiratory Therapist on call after business hours. To ensure quality care and comfort: in-home delivery, set-up, and training are available for our patients for most of our equipment. Under most circumstances, we also offer same-day delivery.
All of our employees receive continuous training and has a working understanding of all equipment and various departments within the company. Our business office has a department of employees dedicated to handle all paperwork and insurance claims so that you don't have to. This department is always available, should you have any questions or concerns. Our delivery technicians receive in-service training on each piece of equipment so that at the time of equipment set-up, the equipment is not only delivered; but, also detailed to the patient and caregiver.
To ensure a lasting relationship with our patients, our services extend further than the initial delivery. Our service and repair department is trained to troubleshoot and repair most equipment including, but not limited to, oxygen concentrators, wheelchairs, lift chairs, scooters, and other powered mobility devices.
